Stop Data Center Pollution

Data Centers are getting out of control.  Municipalities and Government Agencies need to STOP giving Data Centers a free ride. These are billion dollar companies with PLENTY of money. Data Centers need to pay their fair share in taxes AND they need to be good neighbors. This includes minimizing all varieties of pollution: Environmental, Noise and Light pollution.

Why would you even consider relaxing environmental standards for the billionaire class? It sends the message that if you're rich enough, the rules don't apply. Or you can buy your way around the law/regulations.

It also sends the message that the DEQ is an oxymoron. Virginia should be imposing TOUGHER standards on Data Centers than other businesses simply due to their sheer size and HazMat materials.

Impose STRICTER standards on Data Centers, not more lenient ones.

Stop screwing, We the People.
