Require Data Centers to Surpass Current Environmental Standards

The Department of Environmental Quality should not allow Data Centers to operate diesel generators during planned outages, or at all.
It is a disappointing state of affairs that an industry with unprecedented capital investment should be held to the lowest possible standard. The Department must hold Data Centers to a higher standard, and demand that Data Centers abide by stricter environmental regulations.
