We oppose the “Regulations Governing Biological Sex Specific or Separated Spaces and Activities [12 VAC 5 ?  660]." It will not protect women in Virginia. Instead it will violate people's privacy and lead to negative impacts on all women, whether transgender or not, in regards to their physical and mental health. This regulation, if passed, will only uplift discrimination, which would violate the Virginia Human Rights Act. 

It is your duty to protect the health of all Virginians, all women, and all of our trans community members. Do not pass this regulation.
