I strongly oppose the Virginia Board of Health’s misguided, proposed regulatory action: "Regulations Governing Biological Sex Specific or Separated Spaces and Activities [12 VAC 5 - 660]." I find this disgusting for its breach of privacy and politicization of the Board of Health. This will impact all people in its promotion of state sanctioned discrimination based on gender in violation of the Virginia Human Rights Act. This action will fail to actually protect any women in Virginia, it will only succeed in eroding trust for Virginia's governing bodies and their overreach into private lives.
