Data Center Emergency Diesel Generators

We are building data centers at breakneck speed thus we can't provide all of their energy needs. We need to slow down the permitting process for these centers by coming up with some commonsense permitting laws. Then the centers wouldn't need to run diesel generators, polluting their neighborhoods and causing noise pollution. Do not allow these generators to run at all.
