NO added Diesel Run Time @Data Centers

Data centers should not be allowed to abuse their backup diesel generator systems. It produces poor air quality, increases. Pollutants, causes noise pollution, and is antithetical to the purpose of backup emergency generators.

Diesel generators should not be used as primary power source for industrial data centers.
