I work closely with the development of data centers and believe that regulations need to tighten, not loosen, regarding the development and operation of these centers. They are running without meaningful guardrails and pose a large threat if they are allowed to continue this way. I support tighter, more stringent regulation, not allowing data centers and utilities to harm Virginians and the environment.
