No diesel backup generators

The utilities' proposal to allow use of diesel generators during planned data center outages is short-sighted. Data center operators have sufficient time to find and implement options that are less harmful to environment and health of Virginians. Whilethoughtful solutions are more expensive up front, the trade off is more than worth it. Businesses should provide a service and profit without doing harm to those they purport to benefit. Also, no data centers would be an even better solution.
