Trans people make up less than less than 0.002% (10/500,000) of US college athletes. How many are there actually in VA sports? Why is this being focused on when we have actual issues that need to be addressed? If you want to protect kids, let's maybe take a look at doing something about the number one killer of children in this country - guns.

How does one even enforce this discrimination? Will you make an assumption by their outward appearance or will you do something as deplorable as an invasive body check? Tell me how either of those creates safety.

This proposed regulation has nothing to do with the health of Virginians and everything to do with discrimination. No one should face discrimination because of who they are. Trans people have always been here, and always will be. Trans people cannot and will not be erased.
