Adamantly opposed to Increased Use of Back-up Diesel Generators

First, we should move from backup diesel generator to ones using natural gas but most importantly, we should not be relaxing the rules controlling the 'emergency' use of those generators. They should be allowed to be used only in true emergencies of power outage.
