Proposal to Extend Accptable Use of Diesal Generators at Data Centers

I am very concerned about the likelihood of a data center being proposed in my backyard in Goochland despite massive resident opposition.  Should this data center be built, we are very concerned about noise and sound pollution, water quality, and excessive water and electricity consumption.  As if this is not enough, I am now confronted with the DEQ proposal to expand the conditions under which diesel generators can be run.  This seems inconsistent with the DEQ's charge to protect public health, as it allows even more pollution.  I beg you to reconsider this idea.
