Diesel generators at data centers

I strongly oppose changing the current policy to allow data centers to run diesel generators during planned outages.  The harmful health effects from these generators are significant and should not be borne by the people of Virginia.  You are the agency that is supposed to be protecting our environmental quality, not contributing to its degredation.
