No to Data Center Generators Running Longer

The testing schedule for running "emergency" diesel generators is already too long - especially when located within proximity to neighborhoods.  The air quality if damaging to humans, animals, soil and water.  There is no reason to allow legislation to increase this damage.  Instead, force the data center proponents to find alternate ways to power these monstrosities.
