It seems like overkill that an LMHP would be either documenting a review of the documentation of unlicensed staff or co-signing notes while also providing weekly supervision to unlicensed staff and facilitating a weekly team meeting.  For psychotherapy, LMHP-types already have to have their notes co-signed.  Recommend eliminating this documentation or co-signature unless otherwise required as above, in lieu of documented team meetings and supervision.
