Homosexuals Do have avenues to adopt in VA.  Now they want to discriminate against people who believe differently then they do.  And the monies that go to any adoption/foster care facilitator is for the children!  Why discriminate against the children because of the facility they were placed in.  This is just a rediculous idea to force every agency under one regulation to silence a noisy minority and hinder placement of children in lovings homes!
