Please allow ALL appropriate adults to be foster parents!  There are thousands of children awaiting good foster homes.  The choice of a foster home should be solely based on the needs of the child and not the lifestyle, sexual orientation or family composition of the foster family.  There are many good homes who would accept children were it not for the limitations currently put forth by the state.  There is ABSOLUTELY NO scientifically reliable research to show any damage to children raised by gay or lesbian parents.  However there are many examples of children damaged by constant moves within the child welfare system or left long-term in residential placements.
