Please help with the number of parentless youth and allow gay couples the right to adopt children.  The Commonwealth of Virginia will be helping to serve children in need.  In addition, the Commonwealth should never discriminate against gay persons, who are just as capable of taking care of children as their heterosexual counterparts.
