I believe that adoption agencies should have the freedom of choice to screen prospective adoptive families on criteria that they deem appropriate.

A private faith-based adoption agency should not be required to accept adoptive parents who do not meet their criteria.   These agencies should be allowed to do what they believe is in the best interest of each child.
