Foster children deserve loving "forever homes" - homes that could be provided if discriminatory regulations for prospective adopting parents were discontinued. The needs of the waiting children for a loving stable home need to take priority. I am a Virginia voter and I urge you, the members of the Virginia Board of Social Services, to put the children first and eliminate the discriminatory regulations that have eliminated many qualified loving adoptive parents.
