On April 20 the State Board of Social Services correctly upheld the fundemental right of faith based agencies to continue their great work without governmental intrusion into the practice of their faith. 

Faith based agencies have a right , under federal and state laws, to make decisions that are consistent with their religious beliefs, including beliefs about marriage and family. This right must be respected and preserved.

When I was sixteen I did choose a faith based organization to help me choose a family for my son. I choose the agency that held the same beliefs as I did. 

Faith based agencies provide a vital service to our communities. They must be allowed to continue their great work. Do not violate our religious freedoms. Thank you for your time and consideration. Terri
