Dear Sirs .

I am thankful for the right afforded  Faith Based adoption organizations here in Virginia. The effect of over regulation and its harm can be seen nationally lets not move it to the state level any more than it currently is. I know the help these oganizations can be in a community,even though we are not in that area of expertise we do have a successful addictions ministry. I know the benifit it can be in lifting the load from state goverment ,and of course the savings in revenue.

I remind you of the freedoms given these organizatons lest not change this. A persons core values are vital to the nation we live in, please respect ours .
