I believe it is the legal right of faith based organizations to operate within their values. For a birth parent who shares the values of the faith based adoption agency, it is important that they are able to work with an organization with which they feel compatible. It would be a blatant violation of religious freedom if  this right is taken away from either party. I am against the proposed regulations.
