Forcing agencies and individuals to choose between following their own values or following the law would be an unprecedented violation of religious freedom in Virginia. Religious liberty is foundational to our Commonwealth and our country.
Please support the State Board of Social Services’ April 20 vote to affirm the rights of faith-based adoption agencies. We thank them for their vote in favor of freedom of conscience in Virginia and we urge the Board to continue to affirm its decision.
