Religious freedom for adoption agencies should be preserved.  No social service provider, such as an adoption agency, should be cornered into choosing between either (1) violating its religious or philosophical beliefs or (2) dropping out of a social service that it has been successfully providing.  Religious adoption agencies have been operating in Virginia for decades, and they should not be forced to end their good services.
