In a world where children are in need of loving, supportive families, there is no excuse for any policy which allows for discrimination against prospective adoptive or foster parents on any basis aside from their ability to provide for such an environment. A stable, supportive, loving home is difficult enough to find without adding prejudicial elements to the mix of criteria. Do not allow agencies to discriminate against parents or children on the basis of age, ethnicity, origin, religion, disability or sexual orientation!
