I have known many children raised in same sex households and every one of them was wanted and loved.  Additionally all of those children grew up to be heterosexuals.  A loving home should be prefereable to orphanages, group facilities or foster care.  If parents have the means to care for the children and no criminal or other issues, there should be no question regarding this issue.

Though I was raised in a two parent heterosexual family, my mother had emotional issues which clouded my upbringing.  I was lucky to have had a nurturing dad and other family members who stepped in to help.  This element furthers my argument tnat a "traditional" family isn't always panacea when it comes to raising healthy loved children.
