I strongly support the incorporation of nondiscrimatory language in the regulations.  I have known many gay parents (in male/female, male/male and female/female couples) who have provided loving, nurturning and safe homes for their lucky children.  To allow discrimination to occur based upon sexual orientation would be a gross deservice to the community, especially the children who would be denied adoption into such loving families based on misguided and misinformed prejudice.  Bigotry should not be allowed to trump the best interests of these children.
