Children deserve to be in homes where they are loved and cared for by the adults who life there.  Please do not allow discriminiation in our state based on based on race, national origin, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, political beliefs, sexual orientation, disability and family status in providing services to children and prospective foster care and adoptive parents. It's time to break the cycle. It's time for Virginia to be a leader in equality efforts in this country.
