It is way past the time for the State of Virginia to grow into the NEW century! Times have changed and Virginia NEEDS to  change w ith them. Old thinkinging does NOT resonate with todays Virginians. Grow up and look around at what going on  in the world today. People are people and basically we are all the same. There are many, many children who NEED PARENTS, SOME ONE TO LOVE THEM AND CARE for them and lead them into productive and happy lives!
