I feel that state-locensed child placing agencies should be prohibited from discriminating based on gender, race, national origin, sexual orientation, age, religion, and political beliefs in providing servuces ti children, foster care, and adoptive parents. The best interest of the child should be the sole basis for deciding where a child should be placed.

The final rules should restore the provisions against discrimination that were included in the propose rules.
