NO COVID 19 VAX MANDATE - NOT CONSTITUTIONAL

As an American, it's hard to believe these types of policies are even being debated!  The government cannot force its citizens or the children of its citizens to take a vaccine.  And, to take one that still has no long term safety or efficacy data.  Early data is showing much lower efficacy than we were promised and adverse effects are statistically significant for the mRNA vaccines.  If these vaccines were effective, we'd have less breakthrough cases and we wouldn't be hearing about needing a booster shot already.  We also know that the Covid 19 virus isn't as risky for our young people.  If they do get it, it's typically less downtime than the flu.  Yes, there are edge cases in immune compromised children with either known or unknown disease profiles but they are the exception not the rule.

How is it that Roe v Wade continues to be upheld (my body my choice) and this kind of proposal doesn't seem like the antithesis of that law??  If this ever becomes a reality in VA, we will move to a state that doesn't govern this way.  Many other like-minded parents will do the same and the impact on the economy here would be devastating.

Let's stop letting fear control us.  Let's stop letting fear drive new policies.  And let's respect our Constitution, our founding fathers and the American citizens by giving us the continued right to make our own medical decisions!!
