Covid vaccine mandates are unlawful because they violate the EUA provisions of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act by imposing a mandatory COVID-19 shot upon people without giving them the option to accept or refuse the product. There is also the requirement of complete informed consent…information which is not made available to the public. Consent means an agreement….a mandate takes away the right to refuse what someone else wants to do to a person’s body/life which may threaten life and health and also was developed using aborted fetal tissue.
