These vaccines are still in clinical trials. Everyone who has taken them, has taken part in the experiment. 
These are not vaccines, as they do not stop contraction or transmission and will not give immunity. The manufacturer states they will only lessen the severity of symptoms.
This means they are a therapeutic not a vaccine.
