I vaccinate my children per CDC guidelines and I understand the importance of controlling diseases through vaccination BUT not if the parents do not with to vaccinate their children. I don’t think that anyone should force parents to inoculate their children against their will, especially with a vaccine that hasn’t been around for at least 4 years. It’s irresponsible to mandate such vaccine when we don’t know it’s long term effects. Especially when it comes to children. The government should not force people to accept medical treatment that is not even highly effective. At this point, the Covid vaccine is not proven to be as efficient as other vaccines that have been tested and improved for years. Given that this is a new technology (mRNA) is even more important to proceed with caution when it comes to children.
