A vaccine mandate that does not allow for religious exemption is a clear and direct violation of both Virginia and federal law, constitutes a violation of the Constitution of the United States and incurs personal liability for deprivation of rights under color of law in federal court. It is also an affront to human decency and an attack upon our most fundamental rights including the right of bodily integrity.

No available vaccines have been FDA approved, they are still legally experimental, and a forcible administration of an experimental medical procedure against a victim's will is a fundamental violation of human rights.
