| Board Description: |
The Board controls and expends the funds of the University and any appropriation hereafter provided; controls all real estate and personal property of the University; makes all needful rules and regulations concerning the University, appoints the president who shall be its chief executive officer, and all members of the faculty; fixes their salaries; provides for the employment of other personnel as required; and generally directs the affairs of the University. |
