with a LCSW license in another state applying for licensure by endorsement.

In accordance with Virginia law, the petition was filed with the Register of Regulations
and will be published on June 30, 2021 with comment accepted through August 29, 2021.

The petition and any comment will be considered by the Board at its next meeting following
the close of comment, which is scheduled for September 10, 2021. The petitioner will
be informed of its decision following that meeting.
