Based on 34 CFR 361.24(e), when there is a separate vocational rehabilitation agency for the blind within a state, the two vocational rehabilitation agencies must establish reciprocal services for individuals who have multiple disabilities, including visual impairments. DBVI and DARS have a Cooperative Agreement that provides for reciprocal services to eligible individuals. |
