Guidance Document Change: The Model Policies for the Treatment of Transgender Students in Virginia’s Public Schools guidance document was developed in response to House Bill 145 and Senate Bill 161, enacted by the 2020 Virginia General Assembly, which directed the Virginia Department of Education to develop and make available to each school board model policies concerning the treatment of transgender students in public elementary and secondary schools. These guidelines address common issues regarding transgender students in accordance with evidence-based best practices and include information, guidance, procedures, and standards relating to: compliance with applicable nondiscrimination laws; maintenance of a safe and supportive learning environment free from discrimination and harassment for all students; prevention of and response to bullying and harassment; maintenance of student records; identification of students; protection of student privacy and the confidentiality of sensitive information; enforcement of sex-based dress codes; and student participation in sex-specific school activities, events, and use of school facilities.

Typical Moronic Progressive Democrat Nonsense

I am vehemently opposed to the imposition of this trendy "trans" nonsense on our school system.  I'm dreadfully sorry that .04% of our students (and their Parents/guardians/sperm donors) can't take a gander at what's in their underwear and not be confused and befuddled by what they discover there. It's lunancy beyond the pale to impose this nonsense on the other 99.96% who will have to deny their religious beliefs, have their sons' and daughters' privacy trampled on and have girls' sports upended by biological males competing and winning probably denying athletic scholarships to actual women.  I thought the Demorat party was the party of"follow the science", so what happened?  Did the science of anatomy suddenly become the alchemy of the 21st Century?  How did gender dysphoria make the leap from the annals of psychiatric disorders to Goals for Bous and Girls?

This, Governor Blackface, is nothing more than yet another page ripped from the Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals" wherein it calls for the destruction of all of the underpinnings of western capitalist society in order for real revolution to take hold.  The clowns behind this nonsense don't care about kids who, for whatever reason, can't figure out which john to use; they just want towhack away at norms and mores so that they get to impose their own.
