Guidance Document Change: The Model Policies for the Treatment of Transgender Students in Virginia’s Public Schools guidance document was developed in response to House Bill 145 and Senate Bill 161, enacted by the 2020 Virginia General Assembly, which directed the Virginia Department of Education to develop and make available to each school board model policies concerning the treatment of transgender students in public elementary and secondary schools. These guidelines address common issues regarding transgender students in accordance with evidence-based best practices and include information, guidance, procedures, and standards relating to: compliance with applicable nondiscrimination laws; maintenance of a safe and supportive learning environment free from discrimination and harassment for all students; prevention of and response to bullying and harassment; maintenance of student records; identification of students; protection of student privacy and the confidentiality of sensitive information; enforcement of sex-based dress codes; and student participation in sex-specific school activities, events, and use of school facilities.

No! Not good for the health of individuals, families or the country!

This is not something that should be forced upon our children.  Teach what has been known for thousands of years.  There are male and female members of the human race.  The sexual part of the human makeup was created for reproduction of the species, not for the sexual pleasure, although the pleasure is an enticement to lead married individuals to reproduce.  Sexual attraction is part of the human reproductive system. The LGBT movement is part of the movement of Relativism and does not change the fact that just because someone might be attracted to  their own sex or an animal or a plant, etc, makes it right to engage and applaud that choice, any more than choosing to kill someone.

There are absolute rights and wrongs.  We must love all people regardless of their orientations, but we need to teach the right  vs wrong actions that the LGBT community pushes on society.
