I believe parents and educators alike can agree that schools ought to be a place where all children feel safe and are encouraged to cultivate a love of learning for a lifetime of adjusting healthily in the world around them. We also agree that we teach them at developmentally appropriate paces. Before we teach children the exceptions to the rule, we first set them up with the foundational truths. If our educational establishments can't even recognize or respect the biological differences between the majority of males and females, and want to create policies that force all of to live in the margins of the fringe sexual anomalies, then I guess we are simply left to question the public education system's capabilities to educate our children properly. If tolerance and acceptance is the aim, then work in the arena of anti-bullying policies and allow the parents to work alongside you in these endeavors, not exclude us, even to the point of deception. This is not the way.
