Absolutely Not! It would violate and interfere with parental rights in raising and educating children on innate matters pertaining to sexuality and sexual identity. The children (yes they are children!!) must not be exposed to members of the opposite sex while undressed.
This would expose children to concepts and theories about which they are unequipped to fairly apply mature examination and assessment. The mature, sexual kids will be the bullies. Bullies still exists and this will open a lot of violent behavior instead of what you're trying to do!! It will have the opposite effect!!! There will be bullying and rape in those bathrooms!
