The word "controversial" will certainly be difficult to define. What may be controversial to you may not be controversial to me. What a chilling way to saddle our schools with one more layer of bureaucracy. Who are we going to let decide? Parents? One more way the state wants to get involved in local schools. What a bad idea! Oh, what a great way to throw a wet blanket over the intellectual learning process.
