I worked in China for 6 years & the air quality was terrible; I felt bad all the time, both in terms of physical & mental health. I was so happy & relieved to return to Virginia, with blue skies & clean air. DEQ should adhere to its mission to protect the environment to promote the health and wellness of its residents!
