Would like to clarify the language in 3.3: "The following types of RSB shall be made available to members." Does "shall" imply these are various options, or are these all required components.
There is a lot of work required that would not be billable - such as building relationships with local businesses. Is partnership with DARS a reasonable component of Clubhouse? If not, this is a significant amount of work and time invested in non-billable work.
For this piece: "Crisis Support shall be available as needed to provide immediate assistance to members experiencing acute behavioral health problems that require immediate intervention to stabilize and prevent harm and higher level of acuity" - are crisis supports to be available 24/7 or during Clubhouse operations?
It's not uncommon to receive referrals from ACT teams into PSR to round out needed supports. According to Clubhouse model, clients cannot engage in ACT and Clubhouse together. Has there been any evaluation of alternative models where this is not a barrier? Or an assessment of how many clients would be impacted (and how) with this change?
