Please consider the needs of children first when placing them into adoptive families.  To exclude committed LGBT partners from adopting solely because of that committment makes no sense whatsoever.  

And it's shameful that VA is considering making discrimination a part of our law.   It is as horrifying and un-Christian as discriminating against mixed race couples!
