I support restoring and  approving the anti-discrimination rules to the Social Services regulations regarding adoption.  For many years, individuals who were gay have been able to adopt in Virginia.   Many gay individuals do a wonderful job in raising children- their own, foster children, and adoptive children.  They are  extrememly movated to be good parents, as are most all adoptive parents. 

The best interests of the child should be the most important issue to consider.  Please adopt and reinstate the anti-discrimination rules regarding sexual orientation, color, religion and ethnic origin.
