"The right of faith-based adoption agencies...to make decisions that are consistent with their religious beliefs must be respected and preserved by the state."

 

Additionally, in service to children and families served by faith-based adoption agencies, it must be ensured that these agencies are able to function in accord with their values rather than be forced to shut down.
