I believe that ny person or persons who can provide a loving, stable home for a child should be allowed to adopt.  Isn't that the purpose of the home visits during the adoption cycle...to assess the worthiness of the home situation?  To discriminate based on any other criteria does a disservice to the children who might not get adopted because of the narrowing of the population of eligible parents.
