I believe in adoptions by loving people.  There are far too many children lingering in foster care waiting to be adopted.  Don't these children deserve to be in home with parents who love and want them?  Descrimination does not belong in Virginia.  Let's open up the adoption regulations and allow all Virginians to adopt.  Please suppor the proposed change in the adopton regulations.
